"Simply put, 80% of what we are is what we eat 20% is exercising, WOW!" This is my opinion taking into consideration all the scientific data, case studies conducted in the United States and abroad plus working in my fitness arena. Please take this into consideration when looking into your realistic fitness goals. We all have to be responsible for our actions in life and this concept especially applies to our fitness and health. There is an obesity epidemic in the United States of America which is harming us and our families. We have to take drastic action in changing this sad fact so we can live. Leading a more healthy lifestyle by exercising and eating better will definately change our out of conditioned state. We need to take action now! Do it for yourselves and your loved ones.
